UK DELIVERY
Any orders with a UK mainland shipping destination will either be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class or DPD. Due to varying weights and sizes of our products, not all items may be delivered via Royal Mail. In these instances the checkout process may only show the DPD option.
STANDARD ROYAL MAIL £3.95 £2.95
All orders placed before 3:30pm will be dispatched the same day and usually delivered in 2-3 working days (subject to availability and security checks). Please note that this time-scale is not guaranteed so if you need your parcel in a hurry we recommend using our courier service, DPD.
DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY £6.45 £5.99 (Recommended)
NOW WITH 1 HOUR WINDOW NOTIFICATION – GET THE DELIVERY TIME VIA EMAIL OR STRAIGHT TO YOUR MOBILE!
This postage option is a tracked and recorded delivery service so you can follow your parcel’s progress right up to your door! If you provide your email address and mobile phone number when registering with us, DPD will email/text you with a 1 hour delivery window so that you don’t have to wait in all day!
All orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day (subject to availability and security checks). This method is fully trackable via DPD's website and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your goods have been dispatched. Please note: someone will need to be in to sign for your items.
ALL OTHER DELIVERIES
When sending items overseas you will be given a maximum choice of two shipping methods. These methods depend on the destination, size and weight of your parcel, but don't worry we've made it as simple as possible for you! The checkout process will automatically display the methods available to you, so simply choose the one you would like. In some cases, due to varying weights and sizes of our products, not all items may be delivered via the cheapest methods. Delivery times vary across the globe, please check our delivery chart to find out how long your item should take to reach you.
DPD Classic is a fully trackable service via DPD's website and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your goods have been dispatched.
The AirMail postage option can take up to 10 working days, so for that reason we recommend DPD Classic whenever possible.
