If your order has been placed and you’d like to track it, please read the information below. Different orders are sent by different methods, depending on the size, weight and value of your order, some are trackable and some are not. Whilst Royal Mail orders are not trackable, you can still see the status of your order in your account.
To track your order, you need to log in to your account by clicking the button below, and you will then be taken directly to your orders page where you can select the order you wish to track.
This is our discounted Royal Mail saver service which takes a few days longer than normal. If your order has not arrived but has been despatched you may want to check with your local sorting office on 08457 740 740. Please wait for 10 days before contacting our Customer Services Team for help if your parcel has not arrived.
We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the size, weight and value of your order, which may include a courier service which requires a signature on delivery. For orders dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post please wait for 5 working days and check with your local RM sorting office before contacting our Customer Service Team for help if your parcel has not yet arrived. If your order has been despatched by our courier DPD see the section below.
This delivery option is a "tracked and signed for" service so you can follow your parcel’s progress right up to your door! If you provide your email address and mobile phone number when registering with us, DPD will email/text you with a 1 hour delivery window so that you don’t have to wait in all day!
Whilst the vast majority of DPD courier orders are delivered on a next day service there are exception areas which can take up to 3 working days, see below.
Exception areas : Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands & Islands & The Isle of Man
When sending items to the EU region we use the most appropriate service depending on the size, weight, value and destination of your order, this may include a courier service which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary across Europe but should take 2-7 working days.
This means that your order has been paid for and is waiting to be picked and packed.
Your order has gone to the warehouse and is in the process of being lovingly picked and packed by our warehouse team.
Your order has been put on hold due to a failure in security checks. You may be contacted by us regarding this so we can collect more details from you pending investigations into the security failure.
Your order has been cancelled.
Your order has not been paid for, or has not been authorised by your bank. The next stage is for the order to be cancelled. Do contact us if you were just having a bad typing day and would like to re-order the item.
