It is amazing just how far toy robots have developed in the last few years. The i-SOBOT is in the Guinness Book of Records as the worlds smallest humanoid robot in production. With (deep breath) 17 custom developed servo-motors, 19 integrated circuit chips, a built in gyro-sensor, 2 LEDs, voice command recognition, the ability to speak and perform hundreds of words, phrases and pre-programmed actions, over 90 kinds of sound effects and five built in songs (!) means this is one hi-tech robot. It can also walk, dance, perform martial arts, and act drunk (our personal favourite) plus a lot more. What makes this stand out from the rest of the robots on the market is its impressive ability to balance.
For all of its advanced functionality, i-SOBOT is easy and enjoyable to use. It comes with four basic operating modes all of which take advantage of true bipedal walking action and intricate eight-directional movement, and showcase his fun and engaging personality.
Using his remote with an integrated LCD screen you can control i-SOBOT in the traditional RC fashion or make him perform a programme of over 200 special action patterns.

IMPORTANT BATTERY INFORMATION
DO NOT use alkaline, zinc-carbon (heavy duty) or high voltage (such as 1.7V Oxyride) batteries in the i-Sobot robot. (Alkaline batteries may be used in the remote control unit.) The i-SOBOT comes with 3 x AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries and we recommend that these are the only batteries that you use.
