Store Returns

This policy only applies to items bought from our retail stores (please see further down for concession returns):

If an item is returned to RED5 unused, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase:

  • Within 90 days of purchase (limited to 30 days for tech gadgets) we will be pleased to offer an exchange.
  • Within 30 days of purchase we will be pleased to offer a full refund (exludes concessions)
  • Excludes consumable items.  Ask our store staff for details.

This policy is in addition to us fulfilling our responsibility to supply goods which meet your consumer rights.

In the first instance, complaints should be directed to the original store visited.  Faulty products may be returned to your nearest store, if different from the store where the original purchase was made.

In the unlikely event that you feel the store has not handled your complaint in line with the above policy or you have concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please email our Customer Service Team via help@red5.com or call us on 0333 577 7334.

Concessions - Selfridges:

Items bought within Selfridges may be exchanged at any RED5 Store:

  • Within 14 days of purchase we will be pleased to offer an exchange or a full refund. Refunds can only be processed at a Selfridges Store
  • Within 90 days of purchase (limited to 30 days for tech gadgets) we will be pleased to offer an exchange at any RED5 store.
  • Excludes consumable items.  Ask our store staff for details.

Concessions - Hamleys:

Items bought within Hamleys may be exchanged at any RED5 Store:

  • Within 28 days of purchase we will be pleased to offer an exchange or a full refund. Refunds can only be processed at a Hamleys Store.
  • Within 90 days of purchase (limited to 30 days for tech gadgets) we will be pleased to offer an exchange at any RED5 store.
  • Excludes consumable items.  Ask our store staff for details.

Christmas Pop-Up Stores:

If you need to return an item purchased from one of our Christmas pop-up stores which has now closed, you can do so at any other RED5 store (excluding concessions).  Alternatively, please email our Customer Service Team via help@red5.com  and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
