Up until now water and gadgets haven’t been the best of friends. Just the merest of droplets on a nice new shiny iPod or smart phone is enough to send most of us in to a state of panic! Luckily the WaterWear V2 by Tune Wear is here to help us whenever we’re taking one of our much loved gadgets to anywhere remotely wet.
WaterWear is a transparent water resistant case that lets you listen to music or watch movies in a bath or by the pool side straight from your phone or mp3 player, without the fear of it getting wet. Even the earphones it comes with have been specially made to be water resistant.
The WaterWear uses a thin yet strong clear material enabling you to work the controls through the case. Simply slide your device inside WaterWear, connect the audio cable to your device using the 3.5mm stereo mini jack cable, close the double zip lock and fold over the top flap to lock it inside. Then connect the waterproof earphones to the audio port located on the back of the case and enjoy.
The case has a light reflective material to help keep visiblity in low light situations. Not only that, but it also includes a cable winder which doubles as a stand when you attach it to the back of the WaterWear.

I bought something exactly like this last year to take on holiday, with the only downside being the inability to use with headphone. Someone seems to have being paying attention!
A brilliant little gadget that allows me to safely take my iphone sailing with me, and listen to the Glee soundtrack in private whilst doing so.
